"I love Parkview Village! Nothing but good experiences since we moved here in June of 2023, management has been lovely since day one. Any time we've called our issue has been fixed within under 24 hours. The size of their one bedroom apartments are HUGE compared to a lot in the area!"
"I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this apartment. They are very unprofessional. They give out documents that are violations of HIPAA for me to keep my dog. Asking questions such as what is my disability. They lie and falsify images, so you do not receive your full security deposit. Lastly, before I moved this year, they gave me a document to re-sign the lease for a total of $940. Then after I signed the lease, they called me back and told me that they made a typo and it’s supposed to be 980 even though I signed the lease for 940. As a black man, I feel like the workers in the leasing office are racist. They continue to harass me about my dog, even though he was registered as a assistant animal."
"Please do a walk-through with someone before moving. I recently moved out of this apartment, and they kept my security deposit, saying I messed up the kitchen countertops and something else in the kitchen. Remind you I don’t cook and only used the stove /oven three times, and they charged me for a key I returned. I will be filing a complaint with the BBS."
"Worst service ever, management is very low class, they said it’s smoke free Apartments, they don’t allowed weed smoke in apartment but they been lying. They didn’t help me at all. Instead of checking apartment they are checking hallways for my complaint. Not recommended for old and family who has kids. Most of their apartments has weed smell."
