"I’ve been living in Parkview Tower Apartments for the past 3 months and I have been pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything has been. If I have any problems they are very quick to respond and fix. I’m loving all the amenities and can’t wait for the pool to open. It’s also a perfect location getting on the highway (696) either direction is a breeze. I couldn’t recommend an apartment complex any higher. The staff is wonderful."
"Lived here for several months while in between jobs. Luckily, it was mostly quiet at night time. No issues with other residents, in the parking lot or otherwise with the facility. The only disappointment and reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the hallways frequently smelled like weed. I hated opening my door in the morning (or going out at night) and being pelted in the face with a fog of the devil's lettuce. Other than that, nice play to stay. The athletic facility and outdoor tennis courts were great. Close proximity to a lot of business and restaurants."
"I have lived here for 2 years. Very happy. It is quiet. People are friendly. Maintenance calls are taken care of promply. I wish COVID didn't affect things so badly. They have a beautiful pool that could not be opened this summer and the gym is finally back open after being closed since March. The common spaces of the building are cleaned regularly. I have never had an issue with vehicle problems like other reviewers have said. I'm so glad I chose this place as my home."
"I moved her April 2020. This place is awesome. The people are nice here. Its diverse. I love that they literally clean everyday. You know how hallways have a horrible smell in other apartments, they dont. They also have easy rent payments online. We have online maintenance requests and they handle your requests almost immediately!! Most of mine have been same day. I wish I was able to indulge in the amenities, but due to COVID I'll have to wait until next year but I'll definitely be renewing my lease. I like the office manager as well. She is nice but you can tell she doesn't play and she's about her business. Also they have trash rooms and shoots on every floor. That's so convenient! They also have a laundry facility on every floor."
