"They have charged me late fees and attempted to evict me even with proof of my on time payment. I had to call animal control after 3 months of fighting with the local and corporate office to get the anxious, howling dog below me to shup up. Every single day I would be woken up by this monster at 7am and it would continue the entire day. Simply one call to animal control finally fixed the situation. Our front door on the building broke 4 months ago and they wont replace it, giving absolutely anyone access to the building. The security lights above the door have been out for 6 months. The garbage is constantly overflowing as is the laundry room. The washing machine in our building has been broken for 6 months and the sink in there constantly floods out the place. "Free heat" means they give a single space heaters to run on your electric bill, with no notice of if or when the boiler system will be fixed. I have a toddler and my neighbors have a newborn but our apartments are currently 50 degrees even with the space heater. I have to constantly flip the breaker as this little heater that I will have to pay for keeps tripping it. The fire alarm in our building has been broken and beeping for at least 3 months. This is an 8 family building yet they can't be bother to follow the law and provide the basics. And they delete negative reviews apparently? But nobody has ever replied back to my review, apologize, or even acknowledge the horror they make your home life to be. They just gave me 36 days notice that my rent will increase $320 with no explanation of why. My mailbox has been broken for months and they refuse to fix it. Complete scam. They are charging me $1400 for a one bedroom apartment all of a sudden after paying 2 years of rent at 950. This is how they treat their tenants if you leave negative reviews."

"I have been here since january of 2019 with my husband and kids. Pretty quiet complex. Close to everything! Freeways, restaurants, malls, you name it! The staff here is lovely and always very helpful. Also there is a nice pool and playground for the kids. I would suggest this place to anyone."

"I have been living here for about 3 months now and it's been nothing but AMAZING. My apartment home is spacious, clean, quiet and set up so perfectly. I can sit and watch beautiful birds all day because there are so many trees. I have yet to experience any bugs In my apartment, loud neighbors or trouble parking. The maintenance is quick to respond and knowledgeable to fixing things. You won't get the landlord special which is great! I am disabled and I can afford my bills here which is rare now days. The location is perfect for walking, riding the bus, driving or biking. There are many stores in the area and the area is clean and safe. Paulette is a wonderful apartment manager and the team that works along side her is amazing also. I'm proud to live in this apartment community and I would recommend this community to anyone."
