Told her about my income and going to say oh we don't have anything for you, and I asked about if I get an employment letter will that be enough and she going to say no I need 6 stubs when clearly on the application it say either or place is nasty and smell like smoke!"

Please buy yourself alot of bear mace and any firearm or pistol you can get because the office of palmer park square don't know anything about security. They just hire one or as many as they can olny to drop them on weekends from 7PM to 4am. !!Warning to all security guards who decide to work with palmer park square apartments!! If you decide to work here you better make sure they give you full details or make them tell you something you shouldn't know, and make sure they don't lie to you. If you do buy into their broken incomplete shorttalk you'll be lost and alone without know what to do and what not to do all because you lessen and believe/understand/understood in what they say or such. You don't want to sitting on the stairs at 8:20 looking discourage and confused do you? No cause they have no security rooms here."

"The units LOOK really nice, but beware! I never lived there, however I've asked many residence while awaiting for my application approval about the units... and the feedback was 50/50 (mostly about hot water issues, cheap materials, and slow maintenance). Below is a breakdown of MY experience while applying and scoping this place out... CRIME: Lots of crime in the area (both violent and petty), and the management/ownership makes promises of adding more lighting. It hasn't been done (the lights haven't went up since opening). Also, all parking is wide open to not so great areas. MANAGEMENT: Another reviewer suggested they have a deposits/app-fee scam. Well, I can't confirm that, but I can confirm it took 2.5 weeks for them to approve my application (and they never contacted us to let us know it had been approved). However, once approved, conveniently the unit we applied for was no longer available. We confirmed we were filling out an application for a market rate apartment (not affordable housing). When our application cleared (we never got any notice when it did), they said they only had affordable housing units available."
