"This was the absolute worst place to stay in the midtown area. The leasing office is always rude and unprofessional and none of them care about your concerns for real all they care about is a check. They lost my rent check once and showed no remorse or sympathy for my situation. They simply made me REPAY even though I used a money order so guess what there was no canceling the lost check. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. There are so many things wrong with this place and I highly advise people to steer clear of it there are much better places to stay in the area for cheaper. Upon moving out in March, my roommates and I were told that we would receive our security deposits at the beginning of APRIL and we have just received them now at the end of May. Unprofessional"

"Moved here as a student at Wayne State and have never been so frustrated with a living situation. The first 4 months our unit/building had to undergo roach treatment which basically means packing your things up every week and trying to figure out where you’re going to go or find time to pack everything like you’re moving out. Constant bed bug inspection issues as well. I’ve never experienced any sort of bug/pest issue but with the price of rent here I wouldn’t have thought this would be such an issue. To top it off they decided to raise everyone’s rent starting the New Year (probably to cover all of the bug inspection/treatment costs.) The noise travels so easily, you have an option to listen to people partying, couples fighting, or kids running around above your head. The unit was very cheaply put together and you can definitely find a place to stay where you can get your $1,400 worth a month."

"Nice place to be ! Very Close to campus. We lived in an apt sublet in 2012 , so it wasn’t the newest apartment to live , but the management made it nice throughout our stay there. Both Kristine and Portia are nice staff members you could have and they make your stay at UC memorable and easy !!"

"Nice place to be I've been here for almost 2 years and experience is amazing, lots of astonishing memories, lots of parties, great neighbourhood. I've been moving all around the places. No hard and fast restriction, you can party and do anything just within the limit. Our manager is cool and amazing help us out with everything and nice person to talk."
