"You will regret it. Pros: it is cheap compared to many places in new center. They have their own energy source and generators so you don’t pay utilities Cons. Roaches. Drug addict tenants. No dishwashers. No air conditioning. One winter the heat was off for two weeks. Apartments leaking into other apartments. Work orders take months to be resolved. Laundry is very unstable. Months at a time you will have to go to the laundromat. One working elevator that breaks down every week. You will get your car stolen here. New property managers every few months. It’s known that the owner doesn’t live in state, takes the rent, and improves vacant apartments with wooden floors and better appliances."

"Don’t move here!! It’s horrible worse experience I had living in my entire life! I moved in September the 3rd day being there I started seeing roaches babies medium roaches the mama the daddy you name it they got them the washer and dryer dont work on certain floors no 24 hr maintenance cant never call them they send you to voicemail and they voicemail box is full all of them they have to switch managers often and they all trash its black owned sad to say all they want is your money they don’t care how you living they have somebody come spray but that doesn’t help at all them roaches immune to that I cant stress it enough DONT MOVE HERE!!!!"

"One of the worst places I have ever lived. the management is incompetent and care less. washing machine and driers are not working %90 of the time. the elevators look like a big trashcan. And if something is broken it takes forever for them to come and fix it!"

"Overall this isn't a bad place to stay. I've lived here for 10 months now. The staff are really nice and the rent is well priced. Maintenance has usually been quick and are nice trustworthy guys. Security is friendly at night especially Keith although they could use two security guards rather than one to keep an eye on the parking lot more. That is the only concern I have with this place is the security of the parking lot. The area generally seems safe, but randomly there was a spree of catalytic converter robberies in the New Center/Wayne State area. They got my car and even got Keith's car parked out front! They have for the most part fixed the gate issue, but the lights for the parking lot do not always come on which makes the security cameras almost useless at those times. The fence around the parking lot does not cover the front and people could easily enter the lot while still being far enough way from the security cameras to not get noticed. In the end I appreciate the staff and the many upgrades that they have made to the building in the short time that I have been here. All that's left is to remodel the kitchen cabinets(they're a bit rough) and replace the bathroom floor and this place would be superb!"
