"Okay people they have my telephone number as the apartments telephone number I do not work or have any of those apartments so please get a hold of the managers and have them remove my number off this list this is my phone number not the apartments"
"Pretty quiet, hardly any parking available for tenants. Regularly has tenants and visitors cars towed. Has two doors to front, both open only with a lock fob. Unable to get inside to ring apartment you need. Elevator moves at molasses speed. Goes out of order often. Fourth floor hallway and apartments show signs of water damage. Did have some roofing work done this year. Has not repaired effected apartments. Has 3 washers and 3 dryers."
"Front doors (2) is secure but looks hacked. Marijuana odor in hallway. No pets, children are allowed. Minimal parking on street."

"This the second time they sent me to court saying they didnt recieve my rent first time it was a month worth n the second time it was three months worth...thank god i keep receipts..there is no manager on site n they always say call the office but you can only leave a voicemail you can't talk to nobody direct...my ceilings have holes n leakage coming through every time it rains or snow the maintenance man and owner is aware n still no changes"
