"St regency apartments we had a fire last year and they fixed it up we have a lot of good people moving in, Miss Dee doing a great job for its being the manager of the building and she's down-to-earth and always willing to listen so if you looking for a good apartment and a safe building come to st. "Spoke with a lady name shaleeca. Took my deposit just to put money in her pockets. Never called me back and told me if I was approve or not. Called her, she sent me to voicemail for two weeks straight then I finally got a answer from her, she said she’ll call back in two hours never did. She also has her kids in the office with her why she work and they are loud and terribly misbehave. Never again make black community look so terrible!!!"
"They have roaches, unprofessional, no one is never in the office half the time for your service, and maintenance is terrible, takes forever to fix anything you need done."
