"This place has had its ups and downs over the years of my mother living in these apartments . This past week My mother was having a issue paying her rent with wips and we stopped by the office and was able to walk in the office and speak to the spunky up beat Manger Vickie she helped usis immediately and resolved our problem . My mother has lived in this community for over 15 years and We have never had a great experience with staff . Vickie was such a positive upbeat person something that has been missing from this property since my mother moved in Thank You for getting a caring in the office it’s been well over due . I will be referring friends and family ."
"Run! I was applying to live in one of there apartments at the same time as my sibling, and the manager Callie Robinson informed me that if I didn’t move in, I’d be able to get my $200 holding fee for the apartment back! I never ended up moving in, and I called and let them know that and to get my money back, only for Callie to lie and tell me that someone else had already moved in and put a holding fee on the same apartment I was moving into! Low and behold, the apartment that I was moving into was JUST moved into yesterday as I seen someone from the office showing them around when I visited my sister! She refuses to give me back and when I called the corporate office, no one answers the phone! Don’t go here if you want honesty and integrity!"
