"I had terrible mold in my apartment due to a leaky roof and they never fixed it, i moved out. They still demanded rent and didnt compensate anything. I left like 3 months before i moved out. They claimed they would fix it and to this day have not. Literally terrible and making me sick. The toilet would be full of mold when id come back. Beware if youre renting 315B."

"When I first moved in everything was fine after a year & a half roaches appeared second they prop the doors open almost every day! The mold from the laundry room water on the floor when u wash & we not gonna mention the nasty carpets throughout the buildings. I finally moved after 2 years & a little over a half it was the roaches was the main reason I moved."

"Tenants are loud, rude, and disrespectful. The Lease Manager doesn't do anything about complaints or damages In your apartment. Tenants above me created water damage to my bathroom ceiling in the beginning of March this year. It's now June almost July and it hasn't been fixed yet! The Lease Manager is a nice Slum Lord and only want your rent money! I have rain damage to my wall where the A/C is due to the snow melting from the roof. The corner of the wall is cracking and starting to separate and I can't get that fixed either. She said I haven't been living here long enough. I've been here since November 2014."

"In the winter months the apartments are freezing because the majority of the time the heat is not on. And when the heat is on its very low just enough so the pipes won't burst. A lot of times you have to boil some hot water to bathe because the shower turns ice cold after 5 minutes. Then you have to wait about 2 hours for more hot water. Also in the winter time the parking is terrible. So many people take up 2 parking spaces on purpose. So sometimes you might not be able to park inside the gate. Also in the winter time there is no salt put down so you may fall off the porch and slip and fall on the sidewalk and entire parking lot is very icy. The sidewalk and the porch does not get shoveled. Sometimes they will plow one line down the middle of the parking lot when it snows. That's it. So in the winter months and cold months period you may have to live somewhere else that's warm and has heat and hot water all the time, every day and all day!! Don't move here! Those of us already here are working on moving out!!"
