"It’s been since October since I’ve moved out and still no return of security deposit. Corporate has been no help and im super frustrated. Update: I have now received the check after posting the review. Building is in great location. Maintenance team and Nicole were also always super amazing and responsive! So overall I did enjoy living here only negative was thin walls and getting the check back 2 months after it was supposed to be given to me."
"First - the apartment building itself is beautiful. One of the nicest in Ann Arbor. The management of this complex is a TRAIN WRECK. My son and daughter lived in this complex for 1 year. While signing the lease for the apartment, the leasing agent would take, go MIA, then come back and want docs immediately. The entire process was delayed by her failure to get back to us on multiple occasions. She even raised the rate during the process - but we just wanted to get the unit, and finally did. At the end of the process, got a "how did we do" email - I was honest and detailed all the struggles. We were contacted and offered a refund on fees, probably so we wouldn't post anything negative. Fast forward 1 year - after move out STILL no refund of security deposit. Repeated requests went ignored and unanswered. Yes, the building is beautiful - but good luck ever getting help, or getting your security deposit back. Buyer beware."
"I lived here for 6+ months and have enjoyed my apartment and the environment. Common areas and accommodations are beautiful. Building is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Nathaniel is the best Property Manager ever."
