Glencoe Hills Apartments

"I’ve been in my place since beginning of January. It’s nice and they allow big dogs. No laundry but my girlfriend’s parents close. I was worried I wouldn’t like it here but maintenance is awesome too… no complaints. When I met Charlotte she was so nice and professional. She was very helpful and easy to reach when we had an issue with our upstairs neighbor. She even came over to hear the noise. It’s a good complex and I could see us staying a long time."

"Don't even associate with these people if you can avoid it. Charlotte, the "property manager" is a horrid excuse for a person. I happen to know that she has cost numerous people on staff their jobs for no good reason, and she is commonly referred to as the dragon lady. This woman is insufferable. We're talking horrific, she's devious with a snippy attitude disguised by a syrupy sweet fake voice, she's like the movie villain who makes your skin crawl every time they play nice and fool the people who matter while treating the people beneath them like garbage. She has a superiority complex and she's on a power trip. Has been for YEARS."

"Ever since I have moved, I am enjoying the magnificent, awesome things the staff is doing, right here, esp. hiring the maintenance crew to improve things in my house, also, to enable the staff to treat their customers, radically. I really am loving this oanx I encourage anyone to live, in it."

"These are great apartments in a great area. They are close to a lot of shopping centers, the high way. Very convenient for college students, families with children. They have a lot to offer for the community such as , 24 hour recreation, tennis court, and two pools. The landscaping is well maintenance all year round. When it comes to maintenance repairs the maintenance staff are wonderful at getting things done. Overall I am pleased with being a resident at Glencoe Hills Apartments."

"Do not live in any place from Mckinley. They do not care to even reply when you have a concern. They do not care for the common facilities abandoning the pools and other places without any control. The common building places are so dirty it is completely disgusting (se pics). They do not take security seriously and our biulding was broken in more than 20 times by people who stole packages, bikes and so, and the only thing they did is to patch an indoor door where the loathers hide time after time. Please see on the pics a space where loathers are hiding in our building, with personal documents exposed, and a stolen biked abandoned. When I was moving out, I was told that I could let them know with one month of anticipation and after that they told my I would need to tell them with two months. They are making me pay 2 months for termination because they know know they cannot rent houses as easy. You will fell horrible living here. Awful place and people."
