"I moved here thinking I would just be staying for a year or two. That was 23 years ago and I am still here! Can't beat the price, services, location, maintenance is free for the most part and on site management. I like that you have your own entrance, lawn cut for you, gutters cleaned, and upgrades. For example we had central air put in a couple years ago. Nice. They work hard to keep things up. Neighbors are friendly and it feels like a little community here since we all are members. I'm happy."
