Traver Ridge Apartments

"I have been here for 15 years and may be the longest customer at Traver Ridge. They have been pretty good about everything. But.... I have been trying to get them to fix the entrance door, because it does not close and lock as normal. We shall see how long it takes for this to be resolved, it has been about three months already."

"For reasons I'll explain, I was not able to live at Traver Ridge, so I cannot speak to the quality of the amenities or experience living there. During my apartment search, McKinley Traver Ridge/Heights were exceedingly difficult to contact. I was moving from across the country so I couldn't physically visit the leasing offices. After applying and being informed about an available unit, they ghosted me for 1 week+ multiple times, eventually contacting my employer to request additional income verification and then ghosting again permanently after that information was provided. Overall a major stressor during my housing search and a drain on my and my employer's time."

"We have lived in this apartment for 3 years. My family and I would have loved to live here more if we could, but unfortunately, we will move to another town due to work commitments. I am writing this review for anyone moving here in the future. Location: Located in the North Area of Ann Arbor, great for nature and walking, Ann Arbor Public Library and Kroger are within walking distance. A bus stop for route 23 will take you downtown or to the North Campus. Building: The building is old but well-maintained. Even if there are problems, the maintenance team will take care of them immediately. I think it is essential that they have their maintenance team. Personal recommendation: I guess it depends on the location, but the view from our room was amazing! When we spent a lot of time at home during COVID-19, I can't tell you how much the view from our room soothed us. Also, not many apartments provide 3BR for families in Ann Arbor, so these apartments are an excellent option for families with two or more children."

"I moved in the rental apartment in Traver Ridge in 2021, and renewal for coming year is complete recently. Excellent management from the property manager Mr. Jason Grooms and his team, the whole application process is well done with fast and simple way, very good experience during my life with apartment rented in the different countries. Appreciated!"

"Lived here for almost a year. Quite happy with the maintenance of the community, and the office staff is helpful too. Great option for students considering the combination of rent and amenities. The only issue I faced is that there are only annual leases with no option to sublease or easily transfer the lease. I'm moving out of here for other housing options only because I'm likely to leave within the next year, else I would have happily continued."
