"I lived here and broke my contract to move. I was told by multiple employees/management they would send my security deposit to myself via mail and they never did. I had called multiple times throughout the year, after moving to be falsely promised they would send it or would be looking into it. I never received my deposit back."
"New to the area and the move-in process went as smoothly as possible with the help of Deena. She is a manager who actually listens and tries her best to cater to the needs of tenants. She even helps me will all the little things that I should probably know without hesitation. It has been going very smoothly so far and I have no doubt that under her management it will be any different as time goes on."
"I’ve been living here since august, at first it was horrible. There were roaches, thing in the apartment kept breaking and it would be hard to get ahold of someone. But around January this place started to turn around. The new manager Jeremy started by making this place pet friendly. At first it was not and me and my partner had the only dog. He than began answering all call in a timely manner. He would speak to the residents and fixing problems our building had. They started regularly spraying and by march we never saw another roach. Mind you he had been there maybe 2 months. In April he got the pool cleaned and looking fantastic while fixing the phone needed to call 911. He is now having painting done, and new beautiful plants installed, and it’s starting to really come together. He friendly and helpful. He has a great team of workers and a great maintenance team! I would highly recommend now."
