"Mold in my building, apartment upstairs would leak constantly causing it to rain in my kitchen, went many months without a working stove, fire department evacuated my building because the washers/dryers are maintained poorly and almost caught on fire, neighbors have aggressive dogs that bark constantly, air conditioner leaked in my closet causing damage to personal property, parking lot is stuffed with shipping containers causing a shortage of parking spaces, bookkeeping wants to charge me thousands of dollars to move out, and the rent goes up 60%-89% for the next tenant in my 600 square foot apartment. Best of luck if you choose to rent from Edward Rose & Sons, you are going to need it!"

"Smart home locks that are terrible. Cold temperatures make it almost impossible to work correctly. No one asked for these. The only thing these will do are jack up rent prices for an apartment that hasn't been updated since the 90s other than these new locks."

"Hi, For the future residents, those who want to rent apartment there, don’t trust there video profile what they are posted on there website. If you guys go with that will ended in wrong selections. So go and have clear idea what you are getting and make it sure. Don’t make any online application and payment they will cheat you guys they eat my 400 dollar and my time. Once they got there money they will promise you, if any cancellation happen we will get our money back they wrote it and sign for you, once it happen they will say there corporate laws and they will trap you so please please please be careful with these guys. I don’t want it happen to any other so please watch out these guys"

"I lived here for 2 years and it was a great experience for the most part. Since the buildings are a little older; they do come with their fair share of problems, but the maintenance team is always quick to respond and they do an incredible job. The apartments aren't world class or anything, but they are spacious and quite comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood and management is always improving the property. The rent was reasonable but starting to rise as the complex got nicer. Overall it was a great experience living here."
