"Had a tour and felt right at home. The units are nicely renovated with new kitchens and bathrooms. The property manager Kelvin was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions patiently."

"The absolute worst. We lived there for about 2 years and the entire time was miserable, there is not a soul that answers the phones and when you go to see them in office it is always closed. Roaches everywhere!! The place is disgusting and police are there every night sometimes multiple times a day, there are hidden fee's when you move out. I know the pictures look nice but that is the only thing that this property has to offer, pretty picture that will sell you into living in the pits of hell. Please do not be fooled and choose to rent otherwhere"

"It’s supposed to be locked building but anyone can just walk in. Doors are always propped. Noisy neighbors. Constantly changing management so problems never get addressed. Other tenants will steal your Amazon or ups packages and the complex will not do anything about it. The units were rushed and put together very sloppy and there’s a roach problem. If you honestly can’t find anywhere else to live, keep looking. This place is horrible ran horrible and put together horribly"

"My daughter lives here and says it's the worst place to rent at. I've been in her apartment and it's like living in shack town. I would not recommend this place to anyone. 09/19/2023 answer to your response. She has roaches ear wings nats. And so much more. You all should be ashamed of what you charge people to live in your hell whole. She told me she regrets moving in. The cost of the apartment was one price when she looked at it got her first bill in and is was 200 a month more. Everyone should avoid living in this horrible place. Btw why is the entire floor not level. Why do you stand at a lean in every area of the apartment. This place is a mistake for anyone to live at. It's like living in the hood."

"Lived here for a year in one of the newly renovated units and you are paying top shelf rent for bottom shelf apartments. Place was crawling with cockroaches, spent a fair amount of my own time and money fighting the infestation from day one. My bedroom window was broken from the day I moved in for about 9months they fixed it finally. The place is just poorly run cash grab by one of those corporate offices from another state looking out for their investors. By the way, y'all complimented me on having one of the cleanest units you've seen on the final walk through and it's been two months of calling and I still have yet to see my security deposit returned, guess its time for small claims court, will be so happy to never have to hear the name town and country apartments again."
