"My neighbors repeatedly stomp on the stairs every morning between 6 am-7 am, which wakes me up and makes me feel like someone is about to break in. I contacted the office twice months ago to fix our garbage disposal that's falling apart, but no one has come to repair it yet. Additionally, I wish they would install better-quality windows and sliding doors because they are outdated and frozen, leading me to pay more on my heating bills. They suggested I purchase insulation, but it would be nice if they could provide it instead."

"Our neighbors shake the floor every single day and night. Our apartment constantly smells like an ashtray from their chain smoking inside their unit. Truly an untenable situation. We have two air filters going full blast (doesn’t get rid of it) and basically live in our bedroom. It took us two months to even get a conversation with the property manager at Stone Ridge. Phone calls unreturned, have never ever received an email response after he specifically told me to send him notes. In our first conversation, he confirmed this is a widespread issue through the complex that they do not attempt to solve. I was given a can of odor remover and sent on my way. Since then, all we’ve gotten is conjecture, fake empathy and false hope. Promises have been made and broken. So much talking out of both side of their mouth — so much intentionally vague language. If you’re not going to help your tenant, at least tell them quickly instead of giving them the run around and breaking their spirit. I am finally giving up for my own sanity and daydreaming about a decent place to live."

"I walked to the office and put a maintenance request with James last Tuesday. Within an hour, someone was sent to my unit to help me with the issue. It took the guy 5mins to resolve my issue. I was very appreciative of the quick response from Management and how knowledgeable the maintenance guy was about the issue. On a scale of 1 to 10, I ll rate the management at Stone Ridge a 10. Keep up the good work."
