I love this place even more ..she made such a big improvement from 2years ago I love it here... Maintenance are always a call away and always help when u need them and Melissa always makes sure your needs are met and always gets the job done never disappoints hands down best complex I ever been in thank you for this experience I will be recommending friends and family here ❤️"

She goes out of her way to be as helpful as she can and more than accommodating. She genuinely cares for her tenants and even though it is a business she does very well at relating and balancing both sides of business and connection. I had my heart set on moving here a few years ago and never regretted my decision since."

"If I could leave zero stars I would. I’m currently looking for another place and willing to break my lease because living here is unbearable. The office manager is very rude and doesn’t seem to know how to do her job. i’ve been living here for 5 years and have never had an issue until last year. I have so many issues in my apartment that need to be fixed. My dish washer has been broken for 6 months and i’ve called and no one has come to fix it. There is black mold in my bathroom and under my sink. I am a very patient person, but I have a small child and I can’t have him living in these conditions. I told them that he is asthmatic and they basically told me to clean the mood myself as if it’s not their floor boards that’s rotting. Horrible experience for the last two years. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone"
