"I still have a star left in my review because of the layout of the unit, the maintenance people and this is the lowest rating I could give. Management, especially Olivia, is extremely slow to respond to requests and are extremely rude to residents. We will definitely move out after our lease ends and will recommend all of our friends and incoming classmates to stay away from the building. We were playing board game in the kitchen area, and Olivia came to kick us out. We don’t know that it requires a reservation to book an open area and will cost $150 when no one else is using it( if you like hanging out with friends, please go to 73E and it’s free to reserve the private room) . So we began to pack our stuff and go to another area, and then there are some arguments between my friend and Olivia. She then told us we could only stay in the common area for an hour and we all have to leave. We have at least 5 residents up there and less than 10 people in total. There’s no rule that we can only stay there for an hour as a resident. She wouldn’t answer any of our questions when we ask about the rules and she threatened us that she’ll call the police and refuse to talk to us when we are extremely confused about what’s happening. Honestly we would rather she call the police and let the police see how a building management person was treating the residents. Especially this all happened when we were celebrating our New Year. It seems like Olivia doesn’t respect our culture and doesn’t respect residents here. We feel extremely disappointed in the management and it completely ruined our new year"

"10/10 Experience from the beginning!! Brittany was our leasing agent and was an absolute pleasure to work with! She showed us multiple units and helped us decide on the perfect home The entire concierge and maintenance team are also phenomenal and were very welcoming from day 1 I've lived in a few buildings in downtown Chicago and Millie sets the standard - from the amenity spaces, unbeatable location and amazing views you will not be disappointed living here"

"My husband & I moved into Millie last Saturday and so far we couldn’t be happier!! We leased our apartment site unseen from FL with the help of our realtor and the leasing agent Brittany. Out of every apartment building that we considered Brittany was the most helpful!! She communicated quickly and answered all of our questions. Coming from a background in property management I really appreciate that! Since we have moved in everyone that works here has been so sweet and welcoming. We are already feeling right at home! We are absolutely obsessed with our apartment! The views are insane and the amenities are absolutely stunning! We also so excited to see a maintenance guy from our old building at Aqua! Luis is such a sweet hard worker! We are looking forward to the next year here and can’t wait to enjoy all the amenities. So far, my only complaint is the dog run, which we were really excited to utilize being that we’re right off of Michigan Ave. The smell is so strong I can’t take my dog in there and there is the tiniest grass patch up there that I’m not sure any dog would use."

"Awesome place to rent an apartment. The units are well laid out and are highly functional. The views are stunning and the common spaces (work spaces, pool, terraces, gym) are gorgeous. You get access to the CitizenM breakfast and cocktail bar. The location is of course unbeatable with the lake, river walk, and Chicago Cultural Center in walking distance. The Millie on Michigan staff is awesome. Thanks for organizing the anniversary party. That was well done!"

"Christine Christine Christine! You’re truly phenomenal! I absolutely loved my presentation of the community from beginning to end. Christine was very polite when she came out to greet me she took my information down and we started our hour long tour that I would do over and over again from the beautiful views to the amazing conversation Christine & I had to her expertise on the community I was SOLD! Hopefully I will be leasing an apartment on the 46th floor in Chicago next year with you Christine! Thank you once again! 10/10 recommend. Mikayla"
