If he doesn't have something in stock he's willing order it in, even if it's a special order item and I'm the only one that wants it. "I've not had any issues with HFF, fast shipping and a good range of products. They are in great standings on rod building forums as well, and take the time to work with customers. On another note: their web page has a search bar as one of the first things you see and on the bottom is the link for the return policy - regarding the one star review complaining about these things not being available."
