"Staff not very helpful. Creating more chaos during sneaker release. Witnessed a man and his son being harassed for picking up their Jordan release together and had the same name. After being ganged up on by the associates and hassled, they just both just said screw it and walked out. Selling shoes in one thing but theres no need to be the shoe police!! Don’t know if it’s bad management or associates"
"The staff are not helpful. They do not ask you if you need a size ?what are you shopping for today? They stand there like they are guards and it’s very uncomfortable. This is not ok! Being a manager of a retail store myself, I was really shocked. This is not the store I would ever shop at again. I went to Foot locker greeted as soon as I came in. I was actually acknowledged and personally I am not spending money at any establishment where I feel like I can’t even be helped. Finish line needs to rehire and read thoroughly through resumes on who has worked customer service and they need to really hire a more friendlier team."
