"I would like to start off saying the young man named Tim went above and beyond for me. He was amazing and knowledgeable helped me pick out a gun for my son and it was perfect. That being said there was a lady I think her name was Sue and she was very rude, I could not believe how not only was she glaring at me and made snide remarks she was also rude to her employee who was literally the only one working in the store. She treats customers and employees with total disregard and acts as if she is better then everyone. If Tim had not been so good to me I would of taken my business elsewhere. I have noticed from reading other reviews that this is a pattern with her. To the owner if you want to keep your business going you need more employees like that young man who helped me and treats customers with respect and in my case patience. And definitely get rid of your rude employees. Look through your reviews and anyone who has came in contact with Sue has the same things as I do to say, she needs to be terminated."
"I love this place. As an older beginner I was very nervous about the whole process, but everyone I had contact with were so helpful, and patient. I think each one went above and beyond to help me, and teach me. Even a fellow shooter came over to me to show me a better way to hold my pistol for more accuracy. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO EVERYONE. Love this place!"
