"I purchased a jersey and had to exchange. They did the exchange and made me pay by gift card. They jersey was going to be delivered to my house. The next day they cancelled the order. Now I have to get all the money back on a gift card since they couldn’t just do an exchange. I wanted the money to buy the jersey elsewhere. Terrible way of doing an exchange. They threw away the gift card so customer service told me there would be no way for them to know if I ever got my money back."

"Wow , never have i felt so uncomfortable shopping retail in my life ,the store manager or the golf galaxy department mgr was such a creep . Kept following us around popping up on every corner asking if we need help making it completely obvious he assumed I was in to steal something so instead of researching a new golf ball on the back of the boxes I just grabbed my usual set and checked out , and that’s not all folks , he followed my all the way to the door creepily glaring at me . "I came in to get a golf fitting/opinion and was introduced to Ralph Zandrozny. What a fantastic job he did. He let me take my time and go over multiple drivers while he assisted. He also went over a couple tweeks to my swing which very helpful. Could not be more pleased."

"I bought these three days ago and just washed them yesterday with light colors a soft items. Shirts, boxers, a socks a this is still wild that they are so bad. Careful spending $40-$45 on basketball shorts here. The only ones they are good that I’ve never had a problem with are the solid color ones."

"I had went in a couple days before returning to this exact store and seen a shirt i really like, and had told myself that i would come back to purchase it if the event i was looking to wear it at had went through. I went in a couple days later specifically looking for that shirt but only found sizes besides the one i wanted, so i asked team member Maria (she had red braids) if by any chance they had extra sizes of that shirt in the back, and so she scanned the tag on one of those shirts and seen that there was only one left in stock in the entire store which was probably in the back, so she ended up going to the back for 5 minutes and came back with the shirt i wanted. She stated that it was buried under piles of clothes but she did end up finding it and i just want to say that she is an amazing team member and really did everything she could to have me leave satisfied."
