"Me and my boyfriend went to go pick up some UGG boots. We had waited there for quite some time. The guy could not find it. You got one kid on the other side just playing around flipping this phone around this is horrible customer service and had us go over to the other journeys when they couldn’t go over there and look for us. This is terrible and very sad. Not for sure if I will return to the store."
