"JCPenney always has a great selection of clothing, shoes and other accessories. The home and lifestyle section is also fully stocked with everything you would ever need. They have a wide selection of jewelry, although I've never purchased any of those items. If you watch for the sales you can get some good discounts."
"Decent coupons, decent products, horrible customer service and cashiers. On the 10th, my grandmother and I got cashed out by Brooke (by the junior department) who kept running between us and a different register to cash out other people at the same time. She didn't let us give her our phone number to get our points for the rewards system, then she charged us the wrong price for jewlery we purchased ($25 extra). Luckily the jewlery supervisor helped us fix that issue. When I got home, we noticed that Brooke didnt take off sensors on our clothing so we had to return today to fix that. Make sure to double check your products and your reciepts or you will get screwed over!"
"This place definitely needs more staff had a 2 o'clock appointment for pictures over an hour later I'm still waiting people show up and say we had a 1 o'clock appointment and they get placed ahead of us after showing up 30 minutes late one photographer and like 6 families in a one hour block is ridiculous and I'm being nice"
"This store really needs more staff. The only and I mean only area that you see staff is at the registers with long lines. Deborah at the register was very friendly and she said that she’s new. I wish her luck because it seems like a thankless job. Middle of the road fashion but good pricing. I’m happy with the shirts I got. The only mirror I could find in the whole store while trying things on was in the fitting room. I bet that theft is high here because nobody is watching the fitting room and there’s no mirrors or anybody to help. Plan on shopping by yourself through this big store."
