"Leslie is phenomenal. I was there yesterday and today (3.23.2021). I had a lot of help from Monae. She made me feel comfortable with getting fitted and walked me around the store to show me my options. She was patient and very helpful to me! I can't appreciate her enough and will look forward to doing more shopping there. Another woman named Kelly helped get me checked out who was very nice as well! Excellent customer service!"

"I have been a longtime customer of this location and have always had positive experiences until today. I walked in 7/16/23 and there was an African American girl with braids who never greeted or acknowledged me. I stood at the check out by the door waiting as she continued to fix clothes and looked at me a few times. She finally asked what I needed then sacarstically with a smart laugh directed me to the back check out. A greeting would have been nice and because she wasn't busy she could've asked when I came in if I needed help instead of ignoring. Then she continued to watch me walked out the door and never said anything. Friendliness in customer service goes a long way. The attitude was off putting and rude."

"To express how disgusted I am, this is my first time EVER in life leaving a google review! Let me just say, I worked in retail for 10yrs so I know alot about customer service and know when it’s bad! I shopped in here April 13th, around 2pm traffic was very light, so no excuse on their end! I was 100% racially and age profiled entering into the store. I am middle age but look early 20s. I was not greeted at all or acknowledged the whole 30-45mins I shopped. I also had my toddler on one hip and a hand full of items on the other and not one time did the associates asked if I needed a bag to shop or put items behind the counter while I shopped. I am of minority and notice every non minority that entered the store was greeted and acknowledged the whole time I was in the store, keep in mind, I paid close attention to that! upon checking out, the first associate walked away in the middle of cashing me out without saying she’ll be back or had to do something; unbelievable! The second associate walked up and stared for a few seconds before asking if I was ready to check out while while greeting new non-minority women, than she came back to me! My right mind told me to walk out the store and leave everything on the counter but I was in shocked how rude these women were! I will never shop at this store again!"
