"I live near and was visiting on the regular, today I went in to solve my green issue and once again poor attitude at the counter, store looked vacant and when I was finally acknowledged is was pitiful, computers never work and are always down and seems like the only one to know what to do has better things, I am rushed and never satisfied when I’m done, I will not return, why do this type of work if you hate it? So sad… get rid of the problem!"
"I am new to world of having my own pool. Took a test sample and was given a sheet telling me what I needed. I purchased those items and followed the instructions word for word. I then returned with a fresh sample and was told I needed additional things. I was greeted by a miserable girl the first time and this most recent, some young lad who told me “I should have given my email instead of my cell number and was asked to fill out a slip”. My reply to that was “I’m only given what I’m asked and was never asked for my email on initial visit” - he seemed fed up with life and generally a miserable sod! Will be going somewhere else going forward. Good luck"
"Nothing but empty promises. Poor order tracking, inaccurate website and oversees support that tells me to kindly wait 7 weeks when I have already been notified my order was shipped. Useless tracking information and order did not arrive when promised. Total poor experience and I will never shop here again"
