"We purchased the CCM 9359R Roller Blades from the Hockey World Website at Christmas 2020. Good enough weather arrived recently so my son went to skate. All the wheels on the left boot were clattering. Right boot was perfect. Swap the wheels,bearings, axles from the good right boot to the bad left boot, same clattering issue. I explained this to the Manager and his associate Ernie, who tried to help. They made attempts to change axles, bushings to correct it, but the wheels were still clattering. I asked them to please warranty the skates with CCM. The manger said no problem, they should be in on Wednesday from the Flint store. I returned on Thursday to pickup the replacement skates, only to be told they would not warranty the skates because CCM doesn't cover wheels, bearings, etc. This was a chassis issue. The manager said he'd call when the new replacement axle bushings came in. Again NOT a axle bushing issue. Myself, my wife and three sons have spent thousands of dollars at Taylor & Livonia stores over years for our hockey needs. I would expect with the volume pricing Peranis recives from CCM a $160.00 pair of roller blades with a chassis issue would be acceptable for a warrenty exchange. So frustratied I corrected the issue myself. The chassis spreader bars were slightly oversized on the left skate only, this not allowing enough clamping force on the wheels (see pics). I left 2 stars for the manager and Ernie's effort to fix them, but will most likely shop elsewhere in the future."

"Our experience here was great. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and helpful, and they also have an excellent supply of player equipment. However, if you are a goalie, I would recommend their other location for more variety of products."

"I walked into this store looking for a shield for my new hockey helmet and both of the gentlemen working there were extremely kind and helpful. Upon selecting the shield that I wanted to purchase, one of the gentleman asked if I wanted him to assemble it for me. I was thrown off by this but immediately said yes knowing there may be some issues with it. There ended up being problems with the screw in the helmet causing it take longer than expected to get it assembled but they were determined to help me when they did not have to. I am thankful for these guys patience and assistance. If you need assistance with your hockey gear or need to purchase something, I definitely recommend choosing this store."
