"They kept going in the room without permission even with the do not disturb. Every day the key wouldn't work. TV didn't work and took forever for the water to get hot. And they were price gauging because there was an event going on. They did have free shuttle on Saturday and Sunday."
"We stayed here for a Leadership Conference. We were horrified by the rooms cleanliness, the floors and furniture was disgusting and all scuffed up. The room was a no smoking room but it reeked like Cigarettes. The showers had no hot water and the Key cards had to be replaced multiple times throughout the weekend (They kept saying I was going through metal detectors). The area wasn't walkable to anything. It was not an enjoyable stay and we found any excuse not to be at the hotel."
