"Very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable staff. They were quite busy today, when I stopped in, but Emilee took the time to help answer all my balloon questions & what route to go for my party. Will definitely be back for my party supplies and balloons. Great customer service, even with dealing with the not so friendly customers. Just a side note for whoever reads these; don’t be rude, or nasty to employees, they are there busting their tails to make customers happy. It costs nothing to be kind."
"4 stars in general because I can bring in my own balloons to be filled and delivered. If your event is located between two or more stores and you want delivery, be sure to call to find out which location will actually deliver to you; my mistake when I went to this location. My options were then to either drive over an hour in the opposite direction to drop off my balloons in hand to be inflated, or do what I actually did which was sit in the parking lot and place an online delivery order of 'close enough in color and theme' balloons, then return the balloons in hand. Again, my mistake but learn from my mistake."
"Wow! This place is efficient! I came to this novi location because the other Party City said all in person balloon orders had to wait 2 hours. Glad this location lets you just stand in line and pick up your balloons. This place is really organized, had large selection, and friendly."
