"Customer support at the Novi Best Buy is really great. The associates are personable and very helpful. Abel in the Geek Squad is phenomenal. I went in with a smart watch pairing issue, and he worked through determining that watch would not pair. He returned it for me and found another watch for less money than the original. He then paired it with my phone to ensure I could use it. He was charming and informative the entire time. I will continue to shop here based on the level of service I have received."

Even suggesting more inexpensive items that were better quality or setting up store pickup at another store for items they didn't have in stock. What used to be a tired experience that seemed a hold out from the 90s is now a modern and fun experience where products are very cleverly displayed and guidance from employees puts an online shopping experience to shame. Check this store out. It is a lot of fun to shop at, plan to spend a little time if you feel like exploring the latest technology in a unique format. I am looking forward to going back soon."

"Clean and large store. Poor customer service and ghetto… hate the family dollar style line, hate the fact that 4-5 employees were talking instead of asking if I needed help. When they finally asked… Beats headphones are kept at the customer service/checkout. The girl up there has no clue about product, can’t get information or check out a device before purchase which is the whole point of visiting a store. I drove 30 mins to come to a store to not be helped and leave empty handed. Not the Best Buy experience I was looking forward to at all. I’ve been a long time $$$ customer for years. Pictured is the group, and the Customer service area… terrible experience"

"Great Best Buy location, very well stocked and staffed. Great selection of PC parts to choose from with decent prices. The only odd thing was the store smelled very strongly of ammonia, so strong it was hard to be around."
