"We were asked multiple times about signing up for rewards, we said NO multiple times. Another associate chimed in saying we could just use [family member]'s number for rewards. We recently lost [family member]. Now I know the employee's didn't know about our recent loss, but it is still INCREDIBLY pressing and rude the way they went about asking us to sign up for rewards. You DON'T assume to know what a customer's family situation is, and you TAKE THE NO. I called to complain, and learned that they're having a CONTEST with customer rewards. This behavior is unacceptable and disgusting to me. I will not be shopping here again"

"I found the employees of the Novi, Michigan store very helpful when looking for certain items I needed. They were very pleasant and gave me clear directions to find these items. The cashier was very friendly and helpful as well."

"Terrible customer service from Diane ( manager) at Sephora. I have called the Store Manager in regards to this before and can see nothing has changed. She does not offer foundation matching (even though that is a Sephora standard) , she would rather talk to her employees about daily tasks, and is very curt, unprofessional and unapproachable. I do however, love the Kohl's side and customer service. Scott, the cashier and the ladies at the service desk are great!"
