"Lines going all the way to the frozen food. No cashiers. Prepare to spend an afternoon waiting for the single working checkout. Terrible produce section. Often can't find what I came for or the produce is already bad on the shelf. How can a grocery store not stock fruits and vegetables?"

"Don't trust the Kroger website or app. Items that show as in stock may not be in stock. The customer service representative was unable to confirm store inventory or identify other locations may have the item in stock. Call before you visit the store. The store needs an open register at all times and at least one crew member at customer service at all open hours."

"Hey! Nice store over all! On a side note, if you're willing to pay me $100 dollars and provide some cleaning supplies, I guarantee I'll get the rancid urine smell out of the men's bathroom. If you closed your eyes and teleported into there, but didnt know where you were, you would be certain you were in the final boss of all dive bar bathrooms. It actually is pretty amazing that in the year I've been shopping at this location, not a single employee has said, "You know what, I'm cleaning tf out of this bathroom, because I absolutely refuse to continue to use it in these conditions." Seriously, hit me up."

"This is my go to Kroger and it’s always hit or miss on every visit. Some times there’s carts by the door, other times nothing. I always grab one from the parking lot before I head in. Fruits/veggies can be fresh and other times, it’s been sitting out too long. Seafood/meat counter is sometimes staffed, sometimes only seafood is sold or nobody is there. Check out needs a lot of work, self checkout is all they have open and long lines through the aisles and they always only have few open. Customer service counter is always dark….. I like that they have the machines to renew your license tags. Service is next to nothing but depending on who you interact with it could be good interaction. Overall decent but only 2 stars."

"There is a line halfway across the store, a grand total of 2 self checkouts are open, and I count another 16 self checkouts they didn't bother to turn on (not even counting the assisted checkout lines where of course zero are open). *Every* time I come here it's like this. Costs me ten minutes of waiting in line just to buy a single item, and the only reason I ever do it is because my only other option is to drive an extra ten minutes to go someplace with a sane checkout process. So it's a wash in the end. But it's infuriating because it's self checkout anyway! Just turn on more lanes, it costs you nothing! The rest of the store is fine. The checkout process is absolutely the worst."
