"It's a shame when employees don't greet or assist you when you are trying to be a paying customer. Not sure if it was because we were younger or dressed more casually. Went to buy a Le Creuset but stood inside for a solid 15/20 minutes looking and discussing and an employee never came over. We were the only customers in the store. Tried to make eye contact with an employee but we were dutifully ignored. That's fine - went to Crate and Barrel and spent my money there instead."
