He went over and beyond when I asked his help with my outdoor faucet seized seal with a hopeless rusted bolt. All staff were very courteous and helpful. I am lucky we have this store nearby. "The staff there is wonderful. I made an online oder shortly after an ice storm to get a chainsaw. I arrived to pick it up only to find they did not have power either but still fulfilled my order! The staff in my mind went over and above and I have since gone back several times for more hardware. On other visits, the staff was very coutrious and helpful. I don't mind driving a little further in order to get great customer service."
