"I am leaving a glowing review for this company, even though I didn’t utilize them for repairs. Customer service is just as important as technical service, and they exceeded my expectations in that regard! The screen was shattered/black on my Samsung Galaxy S23, and I called them to see if they were able to do a same-day repair. They didn’t have the part in stock (would have taken 4 days for them to receive it), but they went above and beyond by referring me to a different company that they indicated typically has parts in stock and does good work. They even gave me the phone number and address, since I wasn’t able to do anything but make calls from my phone using Android Auto in my car. The company they referred me to had my new screen on in 1 hour! So again, even though Batteries Plus didn’t do the repair, they get a 5-star rating for being so incredibly helpful. For that, I will think of them for future needs. Thank you!!!"

"I went to "We Fix It" inside Batteries Plus to get my phone looked at. It keeps not recognizing that the sim card is in. Cory offered to take my whole phone apart and diagnose the problem for free! He was far too kind. Unfortunately, my phone had no visible issues so we still couldn't figure out what the problem was (I'm waiting for a new sim card to arrive, I now believe the problem is the sim card itself), but the service was phenomenal and I'll definitely be back again if I have other issues with my phone! "Cory, is my guardian angel. I was having problem with my car and wanted to know if Batteries Plus+ carried a portable battery jumper, and if it would correlate with my make and model of my car. Since this was Sunday, I will have to get back with Corey on Tuesday for follow up to find the proper portable car jumper for my car. Cory went to assist even further by going out to my car to check the starter and alternator to see if that was the problem. I could not believe that somebody would volunteer to do more to help a customer but that’s what kind of person Cory-is and Batteries Plus+ provide such great service."
