"I will say that the customer service that is over the phone is great. And people that work here are nice. But they need a significant upgrade to their quality control. I ordered a pair of welding gloves and received two lefts. I ordered an $800 shelving unit, picked it up and when I unpackaged it, it was damaged beyond use. The return was easy enough and they sent a shipping label to pick it up, but they were unwilling to waive the shipping fee to get a new one delivered. Will be taking my business elsewhere."
