"Helping my daughter move in at University of Michigan, of course we needed some hardware items so I googled hardware stores near me. Jack's hardware popped up. Boy am I glad I stumbled upon this fantastic hardware store. This is a REAL hardware store! I thought they were all gone. I couldn't believe all the different items they had it was fantastic. The hardware in my hometown (Melvin's) closed and I'm stuck with big box stores that only sell packages of screws bolts etc and never have small fittings and things that you need. For example Jack's sells screen door repair, cabinet parts and individual screws nuts and bolts of every size kind length and material you could ever imagine. The staff was extremely professional and efficient in finding every item on my list. Not only did they have everything I needed they helped me find each item. It would have taken me an hour at Home Depot or Lowes to find these things. Good luck trying to find anybody to help you with those places. I thanked staff members Charlie and Shaman first of all for being open on Sunday afternoon, second for running such an awesome store with all these wonderful things I've mentioned above and third helping me find everything. I was in and out with all the stuff I needed in 10 minutes. My hat is off to the owners and staff at Jack's for running such a fine establishment. So if you need any hardware, especially hard to find items just go to Jack's they'll take great care of you. Thanks Charlie for making miserable move-in day much better. Keep up the great work!"
