"Perhaps 15 years ago, a friend who used to work the parts counter here sold us Kohler faucets for our bathroom remodel. This year, the sink stopper broke. I went back to get a replacement, quickly found on their Kohler parts rack "the usual sink stopper", got it home only to find that our faucet did not take the standard size... instead needed a smaller size. I returned to the store, explained the situation, had our original Kohler parts list along. They accepted return of the opened wrong part. They researched, located the correct part from Kohler, and placed a backorder. Kohler took seven months to deliver the needed sink stopper part. I just picked it up from them this week, quick success, indeed the correct and needed sink stopper part. Thank you very much Richards Plumbing!!! (y) :-)"

"They have pulled through for me in the past but after the service I just received from Jeff, I am upset to say the least. Ordered a part 15 days ago. Was told 2-3 weeks for part to come in. I call and check the status of the order. Was told it was on back order and he had no idea when it would be in... Home Depot was backstocked til Jan. 26th I told him. He said yup then that's how long its going to be. Well then why the hell wasn't I told about it?! I work for a hotel amd it was a part for a room thats been down this long. Very dissatisfied."
