"Would not buy from them again. Got one stove and stopped working, gas was leaking from it. They came out to check it and said they would exchange it. Came out 5 days later to exchange, so we were exposed to gas for 5 more days. Owner called and then said it was only a loaner till they fixed the one we exchanged with them. It was a loaner they said, not exchange. Now this one is not working right. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE A RIP OFF !!!"
"amazing experience.... Our 13-year-old refrigerator was making a loud noise. It got louder and was loud all day, so we unplugged it and called Teds. They came out the next day and ordered a fan and motor, today they came out and fixed. For 200 dollars our refrigerator works. We were told they don't make refrigerators as good as they did 13 years ago. We are so pleased with the service from Teds."
"I came in to look around and was waited on by Kim very quickly. I got a jen air fridge a washer and a dryer under 1500. Kim was so nice and also helped me apply for the 18-month payment arrangement. I highly recommend anyone to go to Ted's appliance they are kind, quick and efficient."
