"This is the 4th chance I gave this location. On the App I ordered a $5 tall Hot Caramel Machiatto blonde with extra shot expresso & the Turkey Pesto Ciabatta. The drink came Luke warm & NO extra shot & this is how the sandwhich looks. I called & it only beeps not rings. For $14 DO BETTER. I will be going back to Dunkin"

"6 employees and no one can take orders? It’s a small store! Duhhh? Ppl wait for about 10-15 minutes just for someone to take their orders!! Our order took 12 minutes waiting for someone to take the order and then about 18 minutes to pick it up!!"
"I was impressed with all of the employees and how they were handling the rush of orders coming through. Though Nathan did stand out to me. I saw him start his shift in the middle of the rush and was able to jump right in making drinks and helping out. Even after a rude customer came in and insisted her drinks need to be made before everyone else’s, he stayed polite and didn’t let her ruin his day. With all of this happening, my drink came out delicious!"
