"Normally great inside. Went through the drive thru this morning and that was a mistake. My frozen salted caramel was just frozen coffee. Absolutely no flavor. Bitter and gross instead of the sweetness I was craving. Threw it out and was so disappointed"
"Bravo to this establishment! I was greeted with positive energy and encouraged to take my time on what I wanted to order, I was given information so that I can make a decision. And when I got to the window Alicia was so kind and pleasant telling me about the specials. I got my latte which happened to be $4 special today which was awesome and my bagel and they both were delicious! Great job, thank you, my new go-to!"
"Usually, I love this place but today I will not be going there anymore. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, they gave me opened and used cream cheese. When I came back with it the guy working the front just looked at me and said “oh” and proceeded to do what he was doing. I stood there for a few minutes, while I was being ignored and I just wanted a new cream cheese. Finally, after I asked for new cream cheese they gave it."
"Very uniquely designed store, definitely built for customer service as well as the employees are very helpful and "chirping"!! There are " cubicles" that are built for dining or, at least for me, editing photos on my laptop! Glad to have a Biggby's closer to me."
