"Customer Service help was good. Unfortunately, a product was ordered online for men and women's was received. Turns out, Kohl's no longer carries the product any longer for men that I bought there for years. Sure miss the in store Kiosk."

"Carol from Kansas City Missouri working at the service desk acted like it was an inconvenience to help me out with returning and repurchasing my pickup order so I could get a gift receipt. She also didn't want to scan my coupons I had on my phone. I just wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal possible, so a little bit more patience would've been nice. I don't go to this Kohls very often, but I never have issues with the normal store employees. Very disappointed in her behaviour."
