"I have shopped in many Maurices stores and spend a fair bit of money with the brand over the past few years because I really love the clothes. But I’m never coming back to the store because the employees there are quite rude and I have no discretion and don’t understand simple things like how you apply rewards. They don’t know when to lower their voices, and when you reach out to the manager Amanda M. about your bad experience, they just ignore you. I’m going on three weeks of not being able to get rewards added to a sizable purchase because the store manager has been unresponsive outside of an initial email response they gave me. I’m hoping corporate can help me, but not going to hold my breath. Definitely will go to other stores but never will go to this store again, and I would suggest that you don’t either if you want anything you say to an associate not to be broadcast the the entire store. "Hands down one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Kylie helped me as soon as I walked into the store and I explained what I was looking for. I’m 6’2 and struggle with finding clothes and styles that look good on me and fit properly. Kylie and her whole team today did such an amazing job of picking clothes and advising me on adjusting sizes and styles. I wanted to cry with how amazing it was. Great selection of sizes and lengths, and they were able to order lengths that I needed but weren’t in store. I highly highly recommend. Thank you all so much for today!"
