"One hundred percent of my reasons for shopping in this store and at this location have recently changed. My experiences here have left a great deal to be desired, culminating in my decision to no longer give my business or my money to this store. One of this company's greatest assets has always been and will always be an associate named Jen. However, it seems that Jen is no longer employed with this company or at least with this location. Of her myriad of virtues one of her greatest is her compassion towards me and every other customer and fellow associates. What's more, Jen always displayed a vast knowledge of this company's products and services. In addition to willingly sharing this information with her customers and her team she also never ceased to graciously engage in conversation with them. Every encounter I had with Jen made me feel like a person and not simply a customer. I never felt with her that I was simply someone to profit from but instead that I was someone with feelings, needs and wants. In her absence, every experience I have had at this location has been in stark contrast. Despite the modest size of the store I am no longer greeted at the door. Secondly, the associates never willingly engage with me while also seeming completely unapproachable. Thirdly, the amount of inventory as well as the variety of selections are both severely lacking. Gone are the days when I could (and would) spend a great deal of time here. Now my goal remains to be getting in and getting out to avoid any further discomfort."

"My Girlfriend loves coming here. They have so many deals. We whent here looking for a few thing's for her found a good deal on bras and panties. They also had some yoga paints that had some sweet designs. By the end of the journey I had to drag my girlfriend out, couldn't get here to stop find neat thing's."
