"Repeatedly unfriendly, unhelpful people at this location. Maybe it’s partly being female but no one greets or offers help. This time I asked a group of four employees hanging out at the paint desk if they knew where grouting sponges were and one guy said maybe half way down that aisle and gestured in which direction. My question seemed to inconvenience their conversation. He couldn’t spare a moment to walk me down the aisle and show me where. The sticks out so much because the Northland Drive by Knapps corner location is the complete opposite. As soon as you walk in people are friendly and helpful and ask you what you’re looking for and if you need any help. Love the paint specialist there. I live in between the two locations. Slightly closer to this Rockford one. After repeated visits like this, I’m not going back. I even wondered as I drove there how kind or unkind they might be…"
