"It's a smaller craft store in a large shopping area. This makes it rather busy at times but not always busy. During the holidays there is usually more staff but once the holiday season ends the seasonal workers are usually no longer around. Staffing is sometimes an issue so please be patient to the workers, they're very polite and helpful but there's not enough workers at some points. Great place to find craft materials for projects."

"Went to shop there for an odd size frame. Was not looking for anything fancy. Just a size i've never heard of before. They had many different size frames in stock on the shelf. I was able to find the frame for a very reasonable price and didn't even use a coupon. If I would just collect half the coupons that I see for this place. It would be a whole lot cheaper. I was able to take my canvas poster and frame it for a very reasonable price."
"This place is pricey! Compared to Joanns or Hobby lobby that is. Nice clean store, just do not care for it much though. They had barely any ribbon today, the wood products are too expensive, not much caught my eye and I walked out with nothing."
