Shoe Carnival

"They never speak when you come in. Then when the guy did speak, it was to get smart with me after advising my teen son to check his shoe box to ensure the right size shoe had been brought up. I don't like the staff in this location and this goes back to when I lived in the area before back in 2017....... They need to hire friendlier and more helpful employees. I've been in this store three times within the last 6 months and have never been spoken to or asked if I needed assistance."

"Loyalty program. Yeah. They offered me another lame loyalty program. Just so we're clear, Everytime you go in there, your old loyalty program has expired "years ago". This is the third such loyalty program they have offered me in the last six years. Here's my issue. If you can't be loyal to the program... How can I expect you to be loyal to me. I built up an egregious number of points (six kids) and expected to benefit from that. As usual, I was confronted with children with Amnesia who knows nothing about any previous loyalty program, but are so graciously willing to sign you up for another opportunity to spam your email and send you annoying texts. Avoid this. The Sketchers are cheaper at the Sketchers store and the selection is superior. The gym shoes are available at Meijer and Walmart for 3/4 the price. DSW has more options and sizes. This isn't what it used to be. There is no help anymore, just cashiers who are engaged in conversations with each other, and seem annoyed when you bother them with your silly little customer service issues. Short version: They think they are doing me a favor by taking my money for their limited selection. I don't want to bother them. Happy to go to The Shoe Department or DSW if my presence is so much effort. They won't be forced to struggle with taking my money and I won't be forced to clear my inbox from their spam. Problem solved."

"I wish I had come here a long time ago. Walked out with two pairs of women's boots for $64! They have a great selection and all sizes...better value than shopping online or other stores like Meijer and Walmart. I'll be back..."
