"An office is only as effective as the team it encompasses. Beyond that, you have one toxic and incompetent elitest working for their husband, as it is the doctors wife who is the receptionist that you all are complaining about, and why no change has ever been considered. Dr. Garg is excellent, the training and education he has is apparent, his weakness, is his incompetent and entitled wife he allows to run his coordination. His wife will have to answer for the hate in her heart. As I guarantee she is the reason that many individuals who were on the cusp, slipped away forever. The most vulnerable seek assistance, and they are met with distain here. It may be more appropriate to travel to a larger program, where more accountability among staff is upheld."

"I had problems with Dr Garg's since I started coming there years ago. The doctor himself is generally fine but almost all of my interactions with his staff have been rude. It got to the point in the beginning of 2022 I decided not to go back. Around 2023 I changed my mind and wanted to try to get help again and I made the mistake of going back to Dr. Garg. Again, the staff were incredibly rude. They made an appointment with me, wouldn't tell me if it was virtual or in person and hung up on me. When I tried to call back they told me they didn't have time to help me and hung up again. I called back a third time and spoke to some one else and they wouldn't tell me the name of the person I spoke to first but finally gave me my information for my appointment. At that point I was over it and decided to close out my account and seek treatment elsewhere. Fast forward to 2024 where they are sending me collection letters for my last appointment in 2021 claiming I never paid it. The person I talked to today was nice and I empathize with being understaffed but no contact/collection attempts until 2 years later after I talked to someone who verified I was paid up a year ago when I cancelled what would have been my last appointment. I thought I was done with this headache a year ago. When this matter is resolved I won't make the same mistake again, I'm going to make sure I have it in writing."

"Horrible office! Failed to uphold their first schedule appointment. Called hours after the appointment to cancel. Just tried setting up another appointment and the lady keep getting smart. FOR THE THIRD TIME IM TELLING YOU!!! Yeah no, you aren't going to talk to me like a child. My child is important and her mental health comes first. Our insurance is valid! You won't be getting cash from us because you failed to verfiy the right information. No thank you."

"Doctor Garg needs a new receptionist. The older women is RUDE. His patients are suffering because of her. She needs to retire, if she don't care about patients. She is not helpful in anyway. If you need any forms filled out, you might as well forget it. This woman was the reason my daughter was denied social security. Because she wouldn't give doctor Garg the paperwork to fill out in time. We need a paper filled out again, and she said we have to wait until January, by then it's too late. I hope Doctor Garg reads these reviews. Because your patients needs are not being met."

"My initial appointment was a bit lackluster, because I was coming from another doctor, and my records hadn't been transferred. I didn't find his receptionist rude; quite the contrary. She was happy to answer any questions I had, and set up appointment around my schedule. On my second appointment, Dr Garg was engaging, he wanted to get to know me, and he was very kind and gentle. I really didn't want to change doctors, because I loved the first one, but feel like I made the right move. I suggest if you are a new patient, give him at least a second visit. And it's helpful if you are not rude to the receptionist first. I really like her."
